Shipping & Delivery
Delivery charges will apply for all orders unless otherwise stated. Shipping is pre-paid by the customer or added to customer invoice. Shipments will be made through the best option carrier, unless other shipping arrangements have been made in advance. Delivery of stock items are usually sent within 5 working days and custom products are usually sent within 3-6 weeks. Some of our products are made to order and require longer time for processing & shipping. Please contact us if you need your items within a certain time so we can try to accommodate you or let you know when they will be ready to ship out. Free shipping offer does not apply to orders being shipped to Nunavut, Yukon or the Northwest Territories. Please contact us for frieght quote for orders being shipped to these locations. Returns & Exchanges
All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date the merchandise was shipped from True Safety Gear or the manufacturer. All returns or exchanges are required to have a return authorization number issued by our customer service department at 1-877-605-0822 or by emailing info@truesafetygear.ca, and are subject to a 15% restocking fee as well as any freight charges. Returned items must be in new condition, unworn with original tags still attached. True Safety Gear reserves the right to refuse returned goods that are not in acceptable condition. Custom items, or any item with custom embroidery are not eligible for return or exchange unless proven to be defective. If a product has a defect in the construction or fabric, it is eligible for return or exchange. True Safety Gear reserves the right to determine whether a product is defective. The product will be repaired or replaced if appropriate. Please contact customer service with any questions or concerns regarding our policy.
Custom Labels & Embroidery
Custom labeling and embroidery are available for selected products. Garments with custom embroidery cannot be returned. Contact our True Safety Gear customer service department at 1-877-605-0822 or email us at info@truesafetygear.ca for details regarding set-up charges, minimum quantities and per-item charges.
International Orders
Delivery charges will apply for all orders unless otherwise stated. Shipping is pre-paid by the customer or added to customer invoice. Customer will be responsible to pay any customs duties and/or taxes for the purchased items. The delivery of stock items are usually sent withing 5 working days and custom products are usually sent within 3-4 weeks. True Safety Gear can not guarantee delivery times for International orders.
